Naeen Jackson, a former farmer and Food Safety and Environmental Consultant at Jamaica's Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries, leads the Essex Valley Agriculture Development Project. This initiative, funded by the UK and administered by the Caribbean Development Bank, represents Jamaica's largest single investment (£35.5M) in irrigation infrastructure.
